If you have have attended a How to swim safely in the sea session, or are already seasoned sea swimmer and want to keep swimming in company, with a little fitness training, technique advice and safety cover, then this could be the group for you.

Swimming with a group increases your motivation to keep swimming ....especially through the winter months....and have you ready and acclimatised for spring swimming..
